Welcome to FamRight! By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
By creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Family Manager account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are a parent or legal guardian authorized to provide consent for any minor family members you add to the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your family account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You agree not to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
Program Name: FamRight Account Verification.
Program Description: One-time passcodes (OTPs) sent via SMS to verify your identity when you create an account, sign in, or recover access on the FamRight iOS app. Transactional only — no marketing or promotional content.
Example Message: "FamRight: Your verification code is 123456. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply."

When you provide your phone number during account creation, sign-in, or when adding or updating a phone number on your account, you expressly consent to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) from FamRight via SMS text message for the purpose of verifying your identity and securing your account. This is a transactional, account-related message — not marketing. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
SMS messages are sent only in response to your request (for example, when you create an account, sign in, link a new phone number, or request a verification code be resent). Frequency varies based on your usage.
Message and data rates may apply. FamRight does not charge you for sending or receiving these verification messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply based on your plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details.
Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
For help with verification messages, reply HELP to any message you receive from FamRight, or contact us at support@famright.com.
You can opt out of FamRight SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from FamRight. To resume verification messages, reply START, or remove and re-add your phone number from within the App. Note: opting out of verification SMS may prevent you from signing in to or recovering your account using phone-based authentication.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FamRight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall FamRight, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
