Welcome to FamRight! By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
By creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Family Manager account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are a parent or legal guardian authorized to provide consent for any minor family members you add to the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your family account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You agree not to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FamRight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall FamRight, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
